Expectations
The following are the minimum expectations that UNGAA would have towards all award recipients.
Continuation of work:
UNGAA expects the recipient to continue with their work towards advancing sustainable Green Principles and inspiring others to take action towards the attainment of the SDGs. The award should not be seen as an end but rather as a means to motivate the recipient to do more.
Advocacy:
UNGAA expects the recipient to use the platform provided by the award to advocate for the advancement of sustainable Green Principles and the attainment of the SDGs. This can be done through public speaking, media engagements, and networking events.
Collaboration:
UNGAA expects the recipient to collaborate with other stakeholders in advancing sustainable Green Principles and the attainment of the SDGs. Collaboration will enable the recipient to leverage the expertise, resources, and networks of other stakeholders to achieve their objectives.
Impact measurement:
UNGAA expects the recipient to measure the impact of their work on advancing sustainable Green Principles and inspiring others to take action towards the attainment of the SDGs. The impact measurement should be in line with the award's criteria and objectives.
Mentorship and peer support:
UNGAA expects the recipient to mentor and support other individuals in advancing sustainable Green Principles and inspiring others to take action towards the attainment of the SDGs. This will enable the recipient to pass on their knowledge and skills to future generations.
Integrity:
UNGAA expects the recipient to maintain high levels of integrity in their work towards advancing sustainable Green Principles and inspiring others to take action towards the attainment of the SDGs. The recipient should be transparent and accountable in their activities.
